牙刷不要放浴室

日常生活中，人们往往习惯性地将牙刷放置在浴室里，这样对健康非常不利。浴室实际上是室内最不卫生的一个地方。当每次如厕后冲水的时候，水珠便会四处飞溅，细菌便会散布到每一个角落。那些湿润的牙刷毛，大有可能留下一些牙膏和食物的残渣碎屑，加上浴室的再次污染，上面布满了大量的细菌群，足以令人染上急性肠胃炎、肺炎等疾病。因此，不要将牙刷放置在离水源较近的地方。每当伤风感冒、流行性疾病初愈时，应该及时换上一把新牙刷。每次刷牙后，不妨将牙刷放在盐水或醋液中浸泡３分钟，然后拿出来放置在通风处吹干。
